ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • The service has not been initiated by our team
  • We are unable to deliver the service as promised

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

1 Government Rejection or Delay

No refund will be issued if the application is processed correctly but is rejected, delayed, or pending due to government authorities.

 

2 Administrative Charges

A minimum of ₹300 processing fee will be deducted if:

  • Required documents are not provided
  • There is lack of cooperation from the client
  • Application cannot be processed due to client-side issues

 

3 Government Fees

Any government fees, challans, or third-party charges paid during the process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

4 Discounted or Complimentary Services

No refund will be provided if the service includes:

  • Discount offers
  • Complimentary services (e.g., ads, tools, subscriptions)

 

5 Subscription-Based Services

No refund will be applicable for subscription services (such as GST filing packages or annual compliance) once the service has been partially or fully delivered.

 

6 Refund Limit

Under no circumstances shall the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
